Bio

Hi! My name is Emma Schepker. I'm a junior at Stephens College, in Columbia, MO,  studying Digital Filmmaking. As you could probably already tell from my home page, I dabble in a little of everything. Photography, Narrative film, Documentary film, Videography, Podcast, Marketing and Writing are all things that I love! At the core of all my projects though, is my first love, which is storytelling.

Storytelling, for me, is my form of activism. I learned some of the most challenging subjects through films, photos and reading. My goal is to educate and show people different points of view that one may have never considered or experienced before. Through this, I hope to connect people, and to make this world a more understanding and kind place.
